• The rules apply to De Moissa Giveaway promoted on various platforms and run through De Moissa’s social media pages. To enter the contest, you must follow De Moissa’s page as a user on Facebook or Instagram.
• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and/or Instagram.

2. Eligibility and entry restrictions

• To be eligible to enter the contest, participants must be at least 18 years old and reside in the country we participate in
• This contest is open to all residents of Singapore and counties we are participate in except employees and immediate family members from De Moi Pte Ltd.

3. Giveaway contest entries

• Submission after the deadline will not be qualified.
• We reserve the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice.
• By participating in this contest, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Judging

• We will select winners based on those criteria specified on our Facebook or Instagram page in relation to the contest.
• Our decision regarding all matters to do with the contest will be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.

5. Winners and prizes

• If a prize winner cannot be contacted Via their Facebook or Instagram account or through email or is not available their prize within 7 days of the date of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw another winner.
• De Moissa products are to be delivered to winners by post.
• No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. The winner does not need to pay any money of any form.
